Ultimate #note to self.
ME: I wish I could dig up memory and found something that keep me going.
As if there was some good teacher in my childhood who cares.
Someone who say what I want to hear.
Someone I am not afraid to share.

ME: If there was none
Or not enough.
Just be your own best friend.
Tell yourself everything you want to hear
It is no shame in that.
Friendship and happiness all begin there.

ME: Don’t be so hard on yourself
Letting go does not mean surrender
You know when to give up for things that are better.
You are not a loser at all.

ME: Talk to yourself once in a while.
Just keep in touch, you know.
You grow and change every day don’t let yourself grow apart from you.

ME: Come to think of it, aren’t we all connected in molecular level? We all built up from the same atom and stars. Basically we are the same. “I am you and you are me” and in that case, if they can do it, then I can do it too.

ME: be patient and be kind to yourself,
to others, and to life.
That’s how you survive the storms. Trust and have faith in yourself.
The fact that you are still here and breathing
means you are stronger than you think.

ME: Don’t forget to learn how to ‘live’ your life too, other than just ‘surviving’,
because you deserve it.
You deserve to be happy.
You deserve all good things.

ME: When you have mixed emotions, when all is just too much. Take a nap, take a shower, drink water, do the easiest and simplest task to take care of yourself.

Bring yourself out of your head, take it to somewhere nice.
Have a cup of tea, sit comfortably and relax.

If you’re lucky you will find it all gone, and if not,
you’re still lucky because it will be easier now to sort it out.

ME: Whatever happened, don’t forget to take care of yourself first.

ME: I know you’re melancholic.
You love to be sad, sadness is your thing.
But, hey, don’t let sadness eat you
Cause you will be drained and empty.

I have warned you.

ME: Don’t feed your own demon too, self-sabotaging talk, anger, whatever that kill you.
Don’t feed it by let it lead you to believe that you are nothing because it is not true.

When this happens,
acknowledge it and let it go.
You can hug it goodbye if you want, I think your demons need love too.

From me to you.

Love,

Dala.
